Napolitan (Japanese Spaghetti)

  1. Melt 1 Tb butter. Combine with 1/4 cup ketchup, 2 Tb oyster sauce, and 1 tsp Tabasco.
  2. Heat oil and cook garlic, 30 sec. Add onion and kielbasa. Cook until onion is translucent. Add green pepper, salt, and pepper. Cook until pepper softens.
  3. Push mixture to sides of pan. Add sauce and let cook, undisturbed, 30 sec. Mix contents together and simmer 3-5 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat.
  4. Toss with spaghetti, 1/2 cup pasta water, 1 Tb butter, and 1 Tb ketchup.
  5. Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
